Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to request refund for your donation within 6 hours without giving any reason for doing so.

In order to exercise your right of refund on your donation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will contact you no later than 2-3 days from the day on which we receive your e-mail. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

In order for your donation to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• Donation was given in the last 6 hours

We reserve the right to refuse refunds of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions
